Delivery of Goods:
We deliver our products directly to your specified destination. Upon delivery, customers have the opportunity to inspect the plants. If you are satisfied with the quality of the plants, you can proceed to keep and pay for the order.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee:
If, upon inspection, you are not satisfied with the delivered plants, you have the option to reject the entire truckload at no extra cost. We do not require any upfront deposit, providing you with a risk-free experience.
For customers who opt for our planting services, we go a step further. We offer a unique 30-day replacement warranty on the planted plants. If, within 30 days of planting, any issues arise, we will replace the plants at no additional cost.
Rejecting the Truckload: If you choose to reject the truckload, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for the return of the plants, and no charges will be incurred.
Planting Services Warranty: In case of issues with plants planted by us within the 30-day warranty period, contact our customer service team. We will promptly assess the situation and arrange for replacements as needed.
